CANCELLATIONS 

Our appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Keeta Mobile Pet Spa requires a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. Cancellations within 24 hours or No Shows (you are not home and/or pet is not ready for groom when we arrive at your residence at the time of appointment) will result in a charge equal to 100% of scheduled services. All cancellation fees will have to be paid prior to scheduling next appointment. If you are a first time client and you are a No Show when groomer arrives for your scheduled appointment Keeta Mobile Pet Spa will not schedule a future appointment. A reminder notification regarding appointment is a courtesy only. The client is ultimately responsible to remember the appointment date scheduled. 
On rare occasions, Keeta Mobile Pet Spa may need to cancel an appointment due to mechanical or equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Keeta Mobile Pet Spa will outreach to you right away to reschedule.

VACCINATIONS 

Pets must be current on all vaccinations prior to scheduled service date. Owner must show documentation. 

INJURY 

Your pet’s safety is first at Keeta Mobile Pet Spa and we take special care to ensure all fur babies are safe throughout their grooming experience with us. In order to mitigate the risk of possible injury or escape, Keeta Mobile Pet Spa utilizes professional precautions and care for your pet. In the event of an injury or emergency involving the health of any pet being cared for by Keeta Mobile Pet Spa Client/Owner hereby authorizes Keeta Mobile Pet Spa to provide first aid and obtain emergency veterinarian care as Keeta Mobile Pet Spa may deem necessary. Client/Owner further authorizes Keeta Mobile Pet Spa to incur veterinarian costs in the name of Client/Owner. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Keeta Mobile Pet Spa from any liability arising from such veterinary charges. Keeta Mobile Pet Spa carries liability insurance to cover all claims of injury, death, damage or loss to Client/Owner's pet or property. As further consideration for the services rendered, Client/Owner agrees to waive and release Keeta Mobile Pet Spa and its representatives from any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of Client/Owner's pet and from any claim for loss and/or damage to Client/ Owner's property. Owner agrees to be responsible for any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of representative of Keeta Mobile Pet Spa caused by Client/Owner's pet. Client affirms they are the rightful legal owner, or care giver to the pet for which services are rendered. 

IMAGES 

We love to take pictures of our furriends to show their beauty and glow up. Client/Owner grants permission and consent to Keeta Mobile Pet Spa to take pictures of your pet, immediately before, during and/or after the grooming service, for use under any legal condition including but not limited to: social media, illustration, web content, and advertising. Client/Owner acknowledges that there will be no payment, royalty, fee or other compensation payable for such use. Client/Owner may revoke this authorization at any time by notifying us in writing however revocation will not pertain to any actions taken before receipt of the written notice. Client affirms they are the rightful legal owner, or care giver to the pet for which services are rendered. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of service and we are cash only. *New clients scheduling first service, a $20.00 deposit is required at time of booking via credit card. The remaining balance is due at time of service, cash only. Thank you. 

APPOINTMENTS

An appointment time is an estimated time of arrival. As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to interruptions and delays, such as, but not limited to: commute time, traffic, and refueling. Also to ensure our pet friends are the most comfortable with their grooming experience we work at their pace so a prior appointment can run over expected time. If Keeta Mobile Pet Spa feels they will be more than 15 minutes early or late, Keeta Mobile Pet Spa may call ahead. A reminder notification regarding appointment is a courtesy only. The client is ultimately responsible to remember the appointment date scheduled.

COURTESY WAIT TIME

In an effort to stay on schedule for all of our pet friends, upon arrival at your home Keeta Mobile Pet Spa will call to notify you we have arrived for your appointment. We will wait up to 15 minutes. If client/owner does not arrive with their pet during that time Keeta Mobile Pet Spa will leave the home and will not return same day. A $50.00 trip charge will incur and will have to be paid prior to reschedule.

DE-MATTING

Keeta Mobile Pet Spa will always attempt to de-mat a coat, but only to the degree the pet will not experience discomfort. We reserve the right to de-mat the coat according to what is needed including shaving if required. If there is any matting to the coat there will be a fee added to the cost of the groom based on degree of matting and the additional time it takes to safely and humanely remedy.
